1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Ourika mobile application (package name: com.ignite.tripplanner) or this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service provided by IgniteCoders. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Nature of Service (Planning Tool, Not Booking Agency)
Ourika is a collaborative decision-making platform intended to assist groups of friends, couples, and families in planning trips. Ourika is not a travel agency, airline, hotel, or booking broker. We do not issue tickets, confirm reservations, or process payments for travel. Any subsequent travel bookings are made independently between you and your selected third-party travel providers.
3. User Accounts & Group Invitations
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Shareable invitation codes and QR codes should only be distributed among trusted members of your travel group.
4. Account Termination & Deletion
You may discontinue using the application and submit an account deletion request at any time via our account deletion page. IgniteCoders reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of acceptable use or security breaches.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IgniteCoders shall not be liable for interpersonal group disputes, cancellations of third-party bookings, pricing changes from external airlines or accommodations, or indirect damages arising from your use of Ourika.
