Request Account & Data Deletion
Ourika values your privacy and data autonomy. In accordance with Google Play developer policies and privacy standards, you can submit an account and personal data deletion request directly from this public page without installing the app or logging in.
What happens when you submit a deletion request?
1. Request Submission & Verification
Your email address and deletion request are securely transmitted to our backend deletion service for processing.
2. Profile & Account Data Deletion
Your registered user profile, account credentials, and personal metadata stored in our Supabase backend will be permanently deleted.
3. Trip Preferences & Group Inputs Purged
Your submitted travel availability dates, budget preferences, and destination votes are removed. Trips where you are the sole organizer are deleted; in active group trips, your identity and individual inputs are unlinked.
4. Retention & Legal Exceptions
Data deletion will proceed in accordance with our data retention schedule. Certain system security audit logs may be retained temporarily where required by law, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
